Designed with two forms of resistance, the the digital SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance for a smooth, quiet workout, which is automatically controlled by your trainer, and adjust the air resistance to add more intensity. The patented SpaceSaver® Design allows you to fold the rower up and roll to any corner of your home. The Quick-Adjust Pedals easily slip your feet in and out during your high-speed, cross-training workout and add variety when you slide the pedals to target and tone different muscle groups.
