The new Anti-Slip 3 in 1 Plyo Boxes are the perfect solution to training all fitness levels. The high quality 3/4" plywood is coated with a black, textured PVC coating to reduce slipping and protect the wood from sweat and water. Available in two popular sizes, they both provides three different surface heights for plyometric training - all in one box! Each side of the solid wood construction is clearly marked with an arrow and height measurement. No matter which side is up, the corners, edges, and handles are finished to prevent splintering. This product provides tons of variations for your plyometric, strength, and cardio programming needs. Assembly required. Predrilled holes with hardware included.
